Client: Timage EU
Subject: Product Catalogue Design & Print
Timage imports marine-grade lighting, furniture and fittings and supplies them to the boat building, architectural, construction and design industries. They’re a family run business that’s been established for 40 years in Essex with a strong Italian heritage.
Our Task Was
The graphic design of a new product brochure focusing on the lighting section of the business to target a specific client segment. Work with a local photographer to supply the right images and to source an appropriate paper stock and commission and manage the print process.
What We’ve Done
We analysed the supplied photography assets, researched similar product brochure styles, and confirmed the information priority with the client. From there it was a case of proposing a range of covers and internal spreads displaying the product information in a variety of ways.
- Consistent and clear information layout
- Brand presentation in line with corporate style guide
- Source a range of appropriate paper stock
- Liaise with potential print partners on their capacity and costings
- Graphic design and layout a 54pp product brochure
- Print production and management
Quality and beautiful design are at the heart of every product that Timage sells, so it was critical that our graphic design for the product brochure reflected that ethos.
With such a large product range to be promoted and around nine elements to each specification we needed to ensure that the contents were laid out consistently and cleanly for customers to review as well as having enough variety in spread designs to keep the reader engaged.
The product brochure now forms the centrepiece of their print material communications strategy and we’re in the process of developing a new brochure for another segment of the business.
We would highly recommend An.X… They understood our brief straight away and brought our vision to life effectively and in a professional manner whilst remaining approachable at all times. It really felt as if we were working together on the project and we are really happy with the finished brochure.
